A Manifesto for Designing Your Most Prosperous Life

00 | INTRODUCING SKB TANKS
SKB stands for my mission of living a life of Sovereignty, Kindness, Beauty & Benevolence, and recognizing that this mission inevitably encounters enemy plans — forces of unconsciousness that test our devotion and awareness.
These encounters have become, for me, a greater inclusion of the ways we learn to build a life of health, wealth, and prosperity from the inside out.
I now see that my professional trainings in psychology, counseling and health coaching continue to be strengthened through what I understand as Spiritual Warfare — the recognition that every disease or imbalance in the human experience is not random, but a program of the Matrix designed to keep us asleep and feeding forces that blind us from Truth and Divine Light.
This understanding has freed me from the narrow view that poor health, scarcity, or addiction stem from a lack of willpower; instead, they reveal the larger system we inhabit and call us to reclaim spiritual command.
Through this lens, I strengthen my own spiritual warriorship by observing the addictions and compulsions that manifest in daily life — from consumerism to pride, righteousness, and subtle sins that imprison us in smallness and petty living.
My ongoing research is devoted to becoming equipped with what truly matters: to hold the hand of my sole Ruler and Creator, living in alignment with my mission and responsibility as both His servant and a human being walking her path of authenticity and beauty.
There are many thinkers and mentors I honor in these SKB Tanks. Here I serve as author, curator and researcher through the evolving paradigm of SKB. This is my private and public space to reconnect with what is essential and to continually update, unlearn, and, as Bruce Lee says, empty the cup and be water, my friend. It is The Work I lead my clients through Designing Their Most Prosperous Lives.
1 | THE PREMISE
We are programmed into a Matrix, built on code.
The Divine Matrix is Truth-based intelligence directed by our Supreme Architect, our Creator.
The Ignorance Matrix is the code of old programs of fear, indulgence, distraction, and victimhood that keep the human spirit asleep.
The enemy in this research is not a government, an algorithm, our ego, nor another person.
The enemy is unconsciousness itself — the malware that convinces us to trade the gift of awareness, for numbness.
2 | THE MISSION
SKB Tanks are articles that exist to document spiritual warfare against our inner enemy — ignorance — and to study how mastery and flow can replace chaos and stagnation.
Each “Tank” is a piece of living research in the art of showing up:
how to unlearn, awaken, and live from alignment with our Supreme Architect.
Every struggle, craving, or fear becomes data for refinement rather than drama for indulgence.
3 | THE BATTLEFIELD — OUR HEALTH
The first place the enemy attacks is our health.
Inflammation, fatigue, addiction, confusion — these are not random.
They are signals that our inner systems have been breached.
Our psyches and bodies are the spaceships of the spirit, designed to carry divine intelligence through matter.
At SKB we wield fasting as a spiritual weapon:
a practice of emptiness that sharpens the mind, clarifies the spirit, and hollows us like bamboo so we can become clear channels in service of life and our Big Boss, our Creator.
4 | THE STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK
This research stands on three lineages of intelligence that form the structural bones of SKB:
Sun Tzu’s Art of War
Strategy wins before battle. The inner field is mapped before a single external move is made. We study the terrain of fear, desire, and ego, and we build order inside before acting outside.
Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich
Definite purpose plus faith plus plan equals creation. We clarify the Chief Aim and align thought, word, and action so they move as one current of intention.
The Dao’s 道 Five Forces 五行
Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth represent five archetypal processes that are constantly acting upon one another and undergoing transformation. They are not static elements but living movements—currents of Heaven and Earth expressing through us. By understanding and aligning with these Forces we learn to move in harmony with change itself: refining, cooling, expanding, igniting, grounding.
Each Force refines a dimension of our being and helps integrate mind, body, spirit, emotions, and purpose into a single field of coherence.
Together these three lineages form the SKB Strategic Framework — a living system that awakens us from slumber into intelligence and rhythm, guiding us to act not from confusion but from clear command of and within the Divine Matrix.
5 | THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM - TECHNOLOGY OF REMEMBRANCE
To exit the Ignorance Matrix and log into the Divine Matrix, we must remember who and where we are.
This remembrance is not an idea, but a technology, an intelligent orientation system that locates us within the full 360° of our existence.
Each morning, we activate this Navigation System to reconnect with our sacred space and the living intelligence of our Being. By acknowledging our compass, the five directions, we re-establish coherence between Heavenly and Earthly territories, made carnal in the 5 organs of our body’s Royal Court.
East – Wood - Liver: The realm of new beginnings. We greet the dawn with gratitude for another day to fulfill our mission, transforming anger and frustration into compassion and benevolence.
South – Fire - Heart: The seat of our soul’s mandate: we honor our inner empire’s monarch guiding Heart-Based Leadership, transforming impatience into peace and content joy. We lead the system with passion, zest and fiery charm.
West – Metal - Lungs: The sacred breath of Spirit and intuition. We breathe profoundly, transforming grief into awe and wonder at the miracle and intelligence of life.
North – Water - Kidneys: The realm of longevity and willpower. We surrender fear and cultivate faith in divine timing.
Center – Earth - Spleen: The golden sun within — the yellow dragon and channel of integration. We ground ourselves in clarity, transforming overthinking into rightful action and clear intention.
This Navigation System is how we remember the architecture of life:
each direction a gateway, each element an archetype we get to tap into.
Each morning, we orient ourselves through this compass and reconnect with the full architecture of life — mind, body, spirit, emotions, and center — and move in harmony with our most prosperous design.
6 | THE RESEARCH FIELD
The ongoing question behind all SKB Tanks is:
How does Divine Order reinstall itself inside a human nervous system?
Every SKB Tank captures evidence of that reinstallation — data, insight, and practice distilled from lived experience.
We know perfection is an illusion and a distraction; we instead lead from coherence and relevance.
We study how humans awaken, stabilize, and lead from within, seeing obstacles as strategic opportunities.
7 | THE VICTORY DOCTRINE
We fight from victory, not for victory.
Our Creator has already written the code of triumph.
Our task is remembrance—to remain online, to choose awareness over anesthesia, presence over performance, compassion over rigidity.
To live awake.
To rule the inner empire with grace and precision.
To become proof that sovereignty and service are two expressions of devotion—leadership guided by the Heart.
