Background & Experience

What She Loves

Sarah’s biggest desire and purpose is to appreciate and share beauty no matter where she goes. Seeing beauty in everything is living in the eternal miracle of life, and she is devoted to seeing the magic in everything and working with the obstacles getting in the way of that.

Because of this dedication to observing and appreciating beauty, she has been led down the rabbit hole of gastronomy, culture, psyche archeology, travel, marketing, media, psychotherapy and coaching.

With these tools, she has built a practice that is offered to those of us who want to go from good to great, or from struggle to great, by looking at the constrictions getting in the way of designing a dream life, body, and business.

Bread & Butter

foundation & cert in the realms of psychology, philosophy, business & arts

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic framework rooted in the understanding that the human psyche is not singular, but a living inner ecosystem — a mosaic of different parts shaped through life experience.

Our fears, emotional patterns, inner critics, protectors, and coping mechanisms are not flaws in who we are, but parts of us that once emerged in response to pressure, pain, or overwhelm. Beneath them exists the Self: the calm, compassionate, clear center capable of true leadership.

This work is especially powerful for those who hold responsibility for others — leaders, parents, partners, founders, caretakers, and community builders. The way we relate to our inner world shapes the way we lead, communicate, create, nourish, and make decisions externally.

One of the great gifts of IFS is that it helps demystify procrastination, self-sabotage, emotional reactivity, and inner conflict. Rather than forcing ourselves through shame or pressure, we begin to understand the protective intelligence behind these patterns and create internal safety instead of internal war.

As trust is restored within, we move from fragmentation into coherence — cultivating a more Sovereign, Self-led way of living rooted in clarity, compassion, and grounded inner leadership.

  • Our relationship with food is the symbolic playground of our psyche. Getting to know the Eater parts of us allows us to meet a variety of our limiting beliefs as well as provides the opportunity to unwind them, one bite at a time.

  • CIIS’ Master of Arts in East-West Psychology is a nonclinical, non-license-oriented psychology degree that prepares a new type of integral psychospiritual practitioner and scholar who is educated at the intersection of the world’s wisdom traditions and sacred practices of East, West, and Earth. Our students become “meta-psychologists” who bring mentoring, healing, knowledge, communication, and mindfulness skills into a rapidly changing world.

  • Daoist Medical Qigong is an ancient healing art rooted in the traditions of the Wu 巫 — the early Daoist shamans who cultivated harmony between body, mind, spirit, and nature through breath, movement, ritual, and energetic awareness.

More than a physical practice, it is a portal of transformation. Through intention and attention, we learn to regulate the nervous system, refine vitality (Qi), release emotional stagnation, and reconnect with the deeper intelligence of life.

In Daoist philosophy, where attention goes, Qi flows. Medical Qigong invites us into a state of greater presence, coherence, and embodied harmony with the Dao — the natural flow of existence.

Salt & Pepper

major spices that continuously season my work

  • MA - California Institute of Integral Studies

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

  • Why I love branding etc

  • My approach to strategic marketing is rooted in perception, psychology, and energetic coherence. Rather than forcing visibility through noise or overexposure, I work by refining the essence, communication, and leadership of a brand so that its presence becomes naturally magnetic.

Drawing from reverse psychology, human behavior, and community dynamics, this work focuses on creating deeper trust, emotional resonance, and meaningful connection — both within teams and with the people a business is here to serve.

The intention is not simply to “grow” a brand, but to align it with its prosperous potential: its true voice, values, rhythm, and relational intelligence. When communication, leadership, and strategy move from coherence rather than pressure, businesses become more alive, sustainable, and impactful.

This is strategy rooted not only in visibility, but in sovereignty, alignment, and genuine human connection.
