Background & Experience
What She Loves
Sarah’s biggest desire and purpose is to appreciate and share beauty no matter where she goes. Seeing beauty in everything is living in the eternal miracle of life, and she is devoted to seeing the magic in everything and working with the obstacles getting in the way of that.
Because of this dedication to observing and appreciating beauty, she has been led down the rabbit hole of gastronomy, culture, psyche archeology, travel, marketing, media, psychotherapy and coaching.
With these tools, she has built a practice that is offered to those of us who want to go from good to great, or from struggle to great, by looking at the constrictions getting in the way of designing a dream life, body, and business.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is an evidence-based form of psychotherapy that’s built on the premise that the mind is naturally made up of multiple parts like sub-personalities.
IFS teaches that all of our big feelings, thoughts, sensations, behaviors, reactions, and patterns, are not who we are, but instead, parts of who we are. We’re not one mono person, but instead, we’re made up of a lot of different parts developed from overwhelming events that took place while we were children. The goal of IFS is to help you identify and get to know these different parts of yourself, so that you can relate to your inner thoughts and emotions in a compassionate, kind and loving way—like an internal family. Through the process of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy , you can learn to connect to these parts with a calm energy, and ultimately help them feel safe.

Our relationship with food is the symbolic playground of our psyche. Getting to know the Eater parts of us allows us to meet a variety of our limiting beliefs as well as provides the opportunity to unwind them, one bite at a time.

Taoist Medical Qigong was developed over 2000 years ago. Taoist practitioners found that patients with a medical diagnosis were healing faster when incorporating dynamic exercises into their daily routine. The physician to the Emperor, Hua Tuo, created 5 Animal Qigong, the first Medical Qigong form. Its primary objectives were prevention, recovery, and rehabilitation.
Chinese medicine recognizes stagnation caused by a sedentary lifestyle, environmental factors, and suppressed or excessive emotions as the primary sources of pathogenetic stress and illness. Medical Qigong provides a self-healing tool to deal with these challenges.
