Tank 04: Fifty Trillion Cells

Re-Enchanting the Cellular Kingdom

The Detonation

This Tank sparked the moment I woke up with a simple childlike question flooding in my mind:

“How is our system of cells a microcosmic empire?”
That curiosity led me straight to Hans Wilhelm’s short, disarming video on speaking to our cells — and from there into the deeper fields of Doctor Bruce Lipton and Doctor Mindy Pelz.

Their conversations on epigenetics, autophagy, fasting, and subconscious programming connected directly to my own lifestyle of fasting, self-leadership, and cellular regeneration.

We are not just a material body — we are operating a vibrational system that serves as the navigating ship of this existence. Bang bang!

  • This Tank is a decoding and re-coding piece.

Its task is to re-enchant the reader into intimacy with their own body empire.

It shifts the frame from health as performance to health as relationship, especially for those who have tried to heal through frustration and are open for a new way of living in and with Self.

    • 95 % of our thoughts and behaviors are run by the subconscious mind.

    • Consciousness — not genetics — is the architect of our inner environment.

    • Every emotion sends its chemistry into the bloodstream.

    • Our fifty trillion cells follow that chemistry like law.

    • Evolution is not survival of the fittest — it is cooperation of the aligned.

    • The intelligent overthinker who has clinical and spiritual knowledge but struggles to feel ease in the body.

    • The seeker of mastery who has turned growth into tension and forgotten the joy of learning.

    • The child of serious parents who learned that safety equals control and is now longing to play again.

    • The provider / nurturer who gives love outward but requires more warm care inward.

    • And my personal favorite, written for the cells themselves — the inner citizens who follow tone, coherence, and clarity to keep building our inner empire!

    • Epigenetics: Genes are blueprints, not destiny. Consciousness and environment turn them on or off.

    • Culture Medium Analogy: Your blood chemistry is the “medium” in which your cells live. Thoughts (fear vs love) change that chemistry.

    • Love vs Fear:
Love = dopamine, oxytocin, growth hormone → regeneration.

Fear = stress hormones → protection, shutdown, decay.

The Subconscious Program: 0-7 years = theta state (hypnosis). We recorded others’ beliefs as our own.

We are all Bill: We replay parental and cultural programs without realizing it — until we see the pattern.

Dr. Bruce Lipton reminds us that genes are not destiny, but blueprints waiting for instruction.
Our perception — the chemistry of thought and emotion — tells those blueprints what to build.

He calls this epigenetics, and beneath it lies an ancient treat: our environment is designed by consciousness.

He likens it to this:

“You walk into an architect’s office. She is drawing a blueprint.
You ask, ‘Is your blueprint on or off?’
She looks up and says, ‘It is a blueprint.’
So, you need an architect.
And consciousness is the architect.”

Fear instructs the cells to defend.
Love instructs them to grow.

The body is not betraying us; it is following orders.

Dr. Mindy Pelz adds a rhythm of renewal: through fasting and autophagy, the body cleans itself.
When we rest, when we stop consuming, the cells repair what our striving cannot.

Each fast becomes a deliberate glitch in the matrix — a break in unconscious programming that lets intelligence breathe, clean out pathogens, and work from a deeper level of sharpness.

To reprogram the old code, Lipton offers three entry points:

1. Self-Hypnosis — Before sleep, the brain drops into theta, the same state of childhood imprinting. Feed it new commands.
2. Repetition — The subconscious learns through action, not theory. Habit builds reality.
3. Energy Psychology — Direct rewiring of the nervous system through methods like emotional freedom technique, eye movement desensitization, and somatic release.

Hans Wilhelm animates it all by saying. “Our cells are like children,” he says. “They cannot keep secrets. They follow your tone.”

If every thought is a command, we are already leading an inner nation.
The question is: who is in charge — Self or shadow?
The other question is: now that we are aware, how do we want to be leading our “children”, our empire?

Hans brings us back to tone.
If we speak harshly, the cells contract.
If we speak with authority and respect, they align.
To love the body is not cheesy indulgence — it is strategy!

And then there is my mother — the original commander of joy, the Happiness Ambassador!

Her code is a devotion to: Decide to Be Happy and Stay Happy — No Matter What!

She shared this nugget of wisdom with me today:

When we focus on what is missing,
the illusion of not enough appears —
a shadow cast only because we turned away from the light.

We are designed for expansion,
forever flowing in the rhythm of Source breathing us.

The rose blooms, withers, and falls back to the soil.
Yet through that natural cooperation, her seeds rise again.
There is no such thing as a withering wound;
it is all part of the glory.

From this remembrance, re-membering unfolds naturally —
and with it, the quiet joy of living in celebration,
even when life’s wonders arrive disguised as tsunamis.

SKB’s Final Reflections

1. Lead your inner world with the tone you would want a dynasty to inherit.

2. Broadcast only the signal that strengthens your empire — your cells listen first.

3. Steer your life with the clarity of someone who knows the whole kingdom moves when they do.
